The Commonwealth Homeowners Association 

The Commonwealth has a clubhouse at 4330 Knightsbridge at Commonwealth Blvd.  The Clubhouse is available to residents of The Commonwealth only.  Our Clubhouse capacity is 65 people and alcohol is not permitted.  To reserve the clubhouse, please contact Cindy O'Hara at 281.265.4485. The rental fee information can be found on the rental agreement on the forms web page.

Tennis Courts

There are two tennis courts by each pool in the Commonwealth.  These courts are reserved for the exclusive use of Commonwealth residents and their guests.  Residents must use a key to enter the tennis court area.  Keys can be obtained through Crest Management for a nominal fee.  You can contact Crest at 281-579-0761.

The Commonwealth Tennis Court Rules

• The Tennis Courts are for the exclusive use of Commonwealth residents and their guests (No more than 3 guests at one time).
• The use of the courts shall be limited to 1 hour for singles and 1.5 hours for doubles play if others players are present and waiting.
• Only shoes designated specifically for playing tennis are permitted on the tennis courts.
• Proper attire should be worn at all time
• The tennis courts are to be used for playing tennis only.  Skating, roller-blading, bicycling, skateboarding are prohibited on the courts.
• Talk quietly when standing near tennis courts that are in use.
• Never walk behind a court when a point is still in play.  Wait until the point is over and then cross as fast as possible.
• If players are already on the court, don’t disturb them until their time is up.
• Parents are strictly responsible for the conduct of their children.
• No pets, food or alcoholic beverages or glass containers are allowed on the courts at any time.

The Commonwealth Civic Association has two pools for use by residents in good standing.  Click here for in pool hours.

The pool is for residents in good standing and their guests. The pool can be rented for special occasions. Pools tags are required.

Pool Rules

• The pool is open only during posted hours.
• Pool tags are required for pool use.
• Each resident is allowed 2 guest per pool tag with a limit of 8 guest per household allowed.
• The following rules apply in the pool area
• No rough play
• No glass containers
• No alcohol
• No running
• No foul language or obnoxious behavior
• No diving except by lifeguard approval
• No toys or floats except by lifeguard approval
• No pets
• No bikes, scooters, skateboards, roller blades, etc.
• Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a responsible person at least 18 years of age.
• Only one person allowed on the diving board at a time
• You must exit the diving board from the end and not from the side.
• Proper swim attire is required.
• Children under the age of two must wear a swim diaper in the pool or wading pool.
• Lifeguards are authorized to enforce the pool rules. A lifeguard may require a resident or guest to leave the pool area.
• Pool use may be limited due to pool capacity.
