Clubhouse Rental
The Commonwealth has a
clubhouse at 4330 Knightsbridge at Commonwealth Blvd. The Clubhouse
is available to residents of The Commonwealth only. Rental fees are
$200 for the first four hours and $25 for each additional hour. Our
Clubhouse capacity is 65 people and alcohol is not permitted.
