The purpose of the Management Company is to provide the following services:

Collect maintenance fees from residents

Monitor deed restriction violations by Twice monthly drive-by survey of all homes

Send letters to residents with a violation

Recommend to the Directors when legal action is required for compliance

Monitor and control all contracts and contractors

Prepare and maintain financial records and prepare checks to be signed by two Directors

Conduct a monthly meeting with the Directors

Receive applications for Resident Modifications and assist Modifications Committee with notifying residents with the results

Conduct the annual Commonwealth Civic Association meeting in May which includes:

Notifying the residents of the meeting

Collect and tally votes for Director
-

Answer resident questions
-
Resolve resident complaints if possible and involve the Directors if required

Issue pool tags to residents of good standing
